I looked at all the white flours, but they are all 550 and 812. The number 400 will hardly be available in the stores in Switzerland. Most likely in the mills/bakeries...
Maybe a little help until Migros replies.

Thanks for the feedback! I have a Swiss baking book that often references type 400 wheat flour, so I thought it might be possible to get it from normal retailers, but in that case I'll look for my new 'trusted mill' in the region ☝️😉
I am currently also looking for a type 400 white wheat flour in the Migros range, has anyone had any feedback from the Migros 'specialist department' in the meantime?
