Dear all I need both 405 and 550 flour for a burger bun recipe. However, the Migros packs don't give a value. Does anyone know where I can find this information? Thanks

Why is that so important? *curious* 😉↵They are already very similar. Both finely ground. ↵↵I'm guessing 1st & 2nd type = 450 and plaited flour = 550↵Because the plaited flour is really "powdery", i.e. very finely ground. ↵The other two I mean are slightly less finely ground. ↵But that's a feeling - I don't know for sure. But maybe it will help you? ↵

Good morning Pralinexo type 550 with Terra Suisse white flour: https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/104611000000#qanda-8c183451-3836-4062-b60e-c315d5c18747 With organic white flour it will be ~type 405 and braided flour cannot be assigned to a type, as it is a flour blend. Best regards Frederica

Hello Najadannhalt! So, according to the person responsible, the three flours are type 550: - TS white flour - organic white flour - TS braided flour is a special flour: it is wheat flour type 550 mixed with spelt flour. Best regards, Brigitte

Thanks for the answers. @Traberli: Type 405 is needed for certain baked goods. in Germany they are labeled as such. I was just wondering what types they are.
