Coop Prix Garantie: Changed to M-Budget HH paper after years. It's your own fault, Migros assortment futzers.
Coop Prix Garantie is unfortunately also three-ply, I saw today. The fact that you are forced to buy four rolls is not ideal for me either.

Yes, I will also be looking for an alternative. These product range changes and probably also price increases are driving me even more towards the competition. I have probably been buying the previous product for 15-20 years, the new one has too different properties.

This is clear profit optimization and is really offensive because it's from Migros.
And there are many other Migros products that are manipulated in this way.
See open green tea and the washing-up liquid rated as good by KTipp.
Trick 1: Same quantity, different (great) packaging, 2.5 times the previous price.
Trick 2: Reduced quantity, higher price per unit.
Trick 3: Mixed forms of trick 1 and trick 2.
Back to the HH paper. See pictures before/after!

Hello indios, thank you for your contribution. Based on various customer feedback, we have decided to offer the household paper in three layers. This allows us to guarantee better absorption and tear resistance. You will find it back in your store's range next week. Best regards, Chloe
Hello Chloe, I too am very annoyed that the tried and tested and very popular M-Budget household paper has once again been removed from the range. This is despite the fact that the past has clearly shown that this was very badly received by customers. They write: Due to various customer feedback..... Sorry, this statement is not credible for me and hardly corresponds to the facts! If I want a "fluffy", x-ply household paper with maybe 50 sheets per roll, there are countless alternatives!
Please take your customers and their needs SERIOUSLY and restock the shelves with the ORIGINAL M-Budget household paper!
Thank you and best regards
Rena

Once again an absolute bad decision! Fantastic Tea, spice mix, Bonherba Tea etc...
Tell me Migros, you only have profit maximization on your mind. You don't give a damn about customer opinions 🤦♀️
And then you're surprised when customers switch to the competition 🤷🏼♀️
And I don't begrudge you your asses.

Unfortunately, the new household paper from M-Budget is not recommended. As soon as it gets a little wet, it falls to pieces. I miss the old paper, which was very economical and also top quality.

The M-Budget household paper was extremely absorbent and tear-resistant! Simply unrivaled! It was my favorite Migros product! We need it every day in our kennel. Now, unfortunately, we have to switch to expensive industrial paper. The new paper is far too fluffy, and the halved sheets are garbage because they tear too easily, so we need twice as much paper as before. This "product range adjustment" already happened a few years ago ... and it didn't work.
Perhaps Migros should have conducted a customer survey instead of reacting to "alleged" negative customer feedback. And the fact that Migros only provides AI-generated feedback to all reports shows Migros' true interest in real customer feedback!

I think it's generally good that products are being improved BUT now I have 2 products that I have used enthusiastically for years, which I will unfortunately have to do without in future and look for an alternative from the competition. One of them is M-Budget household paper.
This has always stood out from all the others. It was very tear-resistant and extremely economical! Now it is thicker (who needs 3 layers???), like all other household paper rolls, but it has much less on the roll. And what's with the extra 1/2 perforation? It's practically impossible to tear off a normal sized paper without a lot of effort! I was very annoyed this morning. I'm totally disappointed at the moment and will have to look around for a (better) alternative, as I've already written.
