Since my mom often made pesto herself, I'm probably a bit spoiled. That's why we tried the Selection Pesto. To be honest, for me and my husband it's one of the worst pestos we've ever had, and yes, not just compared to mom's ;-) The pesto is really very sour. Could have sworn we bought some kind of lime pesto by mistake. Would never have guessed basil, as it really doesn't taste like basil at all. Too bad, but it's really not worth the price!
