Best bread mix for butter plaits
I love the butter braids from Migros. You can't beat them. You can achieve almost the same light and airy quality with the Migros ready mix. They are quick to make with a food processor, but you can also knead them by hand and get a perfect result. I always have a pack in stock. Even though I'm not a fan of ready-made products, I'm happy to make an exception here. The taste and texture of the baked plait are first class.

It would actually be a good baking mix. Very easy to prepare and the result is really very good, but unfortunately far too salty for a butter plait. What a shame...
