I really miss the two baking flour mixes "Kornlibrot" and "Dinkel/Chia". The new two varieties from You are good (but far too expensive), but just not like bread. I would really like to see the two mixes back in the range so that you can quickly make a real loaf of bread (preferably with spelt). Thank you.

However, to prevent insect infestation, we recommend that you store the flour in a well-sealed container (or close the bag tightly with a clip). We wish you continued enjoyment. We will be happy to check whether this is a production error. Can you provide us with the M-Data and the lot number for this purpose? We can use this data to access the manufacturing logs.
The lot number is usually close to the expiration date, it starts with L or it is a mixture of numbers and letters.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that our product has resulted in a complaint and we apologize.
We have compared our retained sample with the data 09.11.2014/batch L20.02 with the current standard. The comparison was carried out by baking the flours. No difference in smell and taste could be detected. The retained sample also met the quality standard on the 2nd day.
The Butterzopf baking mix therefore left our factory in perfect quality. We suspect that the flour was exposed to too much heat, which allowed the butter powder to oxidize. This causes a "cheesy" smell/taste, which can also be described as "rancid". However, we cannot understand where this has occurred.
