Dear Migros,
Why has Exquisito Noblesse disappeared from the shelves? Is it a supply problem or a permanent disappearance?

Can you back this up with sustainability? On the one hand, the glass version was already available in the past, so little has changed in the baseline. On the other hand, the jars have a plastic lid, which probably uses as much plastic as a refill bag. I can't see where you could gain anything from this - but I'm happy to learn.
If you decide to remove the bags from the range, that's your right. I think it's a shame when (unasked) reasons are given that don't seem to be valid without more information. This does more harm than good to the idea of sustainability.
And yes, I also liked the old recipe much better.
Hello Usc71, when we switched to glass, we focused on the fact that glass is a sustainable and recyclable material that also offers better flavor protection. We understand that changes don't always work straight away and are happy to take on board your feedback - also with regard to taste. Kind regards, Susi

Dear Susi - I'm sorry, I don't understand. Unless I'm very much mistaken, instant coffee has always been available in jars, and these have always been sustainable, recyclable and aroma-friendly. So you haven't changed anything apart from the design, recipe - and the elimination of refill bags from the range?
You're right. We don't like the new coffee.
Too bad, the Exquisito was finally a good soluble.
I've never liked the Nescafé from Nestlé. If that's the only variety from Migros, then I'll probably have to look around for other suppliers.
We are also looking everywhere for an alternative to the much-loved Exqusito Nobless. Nescafé just doesn't suit our taste! I'm an absolute Migros kid, but with the reduction of own brands and their substitutes, which are often of much poorer quality at the same price (e.g. 20 Den support tights), I only go to MM for our favorite products. We can get everything else from our "competitors".
Dear Migros: You are in the process of dismantling your "USP" and have already lost part of it. What a pity!
(USP = Unique Selling Proposition // Sells or has something that others don't have)

Hello Usc71, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that important information was missing in our previous reply.
The Exquisito Crema Noblesse instant coffee has been converted to glass and transferred to the new umbrella brand "Migros". The new name of the product is"Migros Gold" and the item number is 1071.081.
Until recently, instant coffee was sold in refill bags. However, we are now using glass, as this is a more sustainable and higher-quality packaging alternative. For this reason, the refill bags are no longer available.
We hope we have helped you with our answer! Best regards, Lea
Thank you for your inquiry. Don't worry, we have good news for you. We are not taking the Exquisito instant coffee out of the range, but it is getting an upgrade. From next week, you will find it under the new umbrella brand "Migros" as Migros Instant Coffee Gold mild (article number: 107108100000). It will also come in sustainable glass packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, you focused solely on the glass. I would have preferred it if you had concentrated on the aroma of the coffee. The coffee now has nothing in common with Exquisito Noblesse. ☹️

"Aroma protection"—that's exactly my kind of humor. But then the powder it contains would also have to have aroma, and that's where the problem begins.
Is that your claim regarding quality and sustainability?

I also think that M Gold instant coffee doesn't taste good anymore. I don't care whether it comes in a jar or a refill bag, I won't be buying it anymore.
