I have a blue license, but why is that regional? There are old people (senior citizens) everywhere who would also have the right. That's my opinion. Please clarify this with all cooperatives.
As I said: it's an initiative of the Migros Aare cooperative. Similar to the 2x points Thursday, which no longer exists. Otherwise, it only existed so regularly in the Eastern Switzerland cooperative and rarely on a monthly basis in the Zurich cooperative.
Perhaps the reason why the other cooperatives are not introducing the senior advantage card is that it would be quite expensive overall. The Migipedia community managers may be able to clarify this.
Yes, I fully understand, easy times look at it and go through it you can decide. Or whoever has no idea about it. I now call it a suggestion to reconsider. At almost 40 years old, it's not my place to nag about this ;-)
This is the second time I've gotten the impression that you think I'm a Migros employee. But I am simply a Migros customer and Migipedia user.
You can recognize people who write here on behalf of Migros by the orange M in their user name. In addition, the user name is usually in this form:
Firstname_Migros
They are also usually referred to as community managers and use a Migros product as their profile picture. To see an example, click on @Kathrin_Migros.
Quite apart from ability or willingness: As a senior citizen, I think you should be happy that the card exists at all. Or why exactly should senior citizens be able to shop more cheaply?
Yes sorry I really thought you were based in the upper echelons. Thank you for the clarification. I take it all back, in this case it is those who actually have the power of decision who are being addressed.

I think Polarlicht raises an important point here. It would be nice if there were also a disability discount, because there are a lot of disability pensioners who are financially strapped.
