I can scan all the figures without any problems, but it just doesn't work with Nino and Tom. Does anyone else have this problem?
I agree with this opinion that it's a problem with the background color. We don't have Tom, but with Nino the background is so dark that there is probably too little contrast for the figure to be recognized.
I also think that Migros should come up with a solution.
Restarting and reinstalling have not helped at all...

It is best to take a photo with another cell phone and then scan this image. You can also enlarge the picture a little.
it works, but only if you hold the figure (or the picture on the bottom, base) very close to the camera and then slowly remove it until the "marked, colored circle" fits and poof! it turned GREEN??good luck, the story is sweet...merry christmas
That's exactly the solution! Take a photo and then scan it on the screen of the other smartphone...
It only worked for me when I scanned MUCH closer than it is supposed to. Was with the lens practically on the floor with the glue. Try it out!

Have you already installed the latest software update (December 2017) for the phone?
I was able to scan all the figures after the update.
My friend with the same phone (Samsung C7) still can't do it without the update.

NB: I've just seen that you only have Android 6.0.1 on your phone, although Samsung currently has version 7.0 for it.
