I can scan all the figures without any problems, but it just doesn't work with Nino and Tom. Does anyone else have this problem?

We recommend and guarantee the flawless use of the Migros Play app and its content for the following operating systems and smartphones:
- IOS from version 9.0.2 and higher
- Android version 4.4.2 and higher
In connection with Android devices, the Migros Play app only supports devices with standard Android versions.
If the Migros Play app does not work properly despite the current version and smartphone, please restart your smartphone completely and install the Migros Play app again.

I also keep having problems with something. I just had to replace the box and wanted to reload it. But it doesn't work. That's annoying and a great pity... I hope the software works again soon!
Absolute junk! With the Samsung Galaxy C7 with Android 6.0.1, the scanner doesn't recognize a single gnome! Ranting against shopping tourism and even having such junk produced in China! I'll probably remain a COOP customer. Pathetic
With Android version 4.4.4 on a Huawei tablet ALL gnomes work except Nino and Tom.
Different lighting (bright, very bright, with flash, with lamp, sun, shadow, ...) I always had to cancel the scan without success...
I suspect a problem with the background color...
What solution do you have for me?
It seems that I am not the only one with this problem.
I had the same problem and almost despaired. In the end, it helped to immediately hold the underside quite close to the camera and slowly remove it after focusing. Then it took the figures reliably.
