I can scan all the figures without any problems, but it just doesn't work with Nino and Tom. Does anyone else have this problem?
Why is everyone leaving except the imp Nino? Could it be that something is wrong with the character?
In the meantime it has worked for us with Tom. We are still trying with Nino, trying all the tricks we read about, have tried several different Nino figures, but nothing works :-(

Try illuminating the underside with a strong light source, then hold the base right up to the camera and remove it very slowly, I had to scan Nino and Tom like this too.
I think because of the dark background these two go very badly.

Yes, Nino and Tom don't work for us either. I've tried a lot of things, including the lighting. The background is probably really too dark. Who else has a good solution?
As I said, it helped me to get extremely close to the tablet's camera with the figure, much much closer than the 2 circles suggest, so maybe 5 cm. This made Nino's blue, for example, very bright and strong and rich in contrast. If you then slowly move the figure away from the Kanera, the contrast is retained and the figure is recognized. When I scanned from further away, it always remained dark blue and low-contrast - and the figure was not recognized.

The only thing that works is the tip with holding it close to the camera and then slowly removing it. So I was able to scan Nino after all, after numerous unsuccessful attempts
