For allergy sufferers/intolerant people it would be a great help to put the ingredients of the bread rolls on the back of the labels! Coop does it too!
so in my case the bread is self-service in the open shop - otherwise it wouldn't be an open shop...?
but the comment is correct. i don't go to the bakery anymore because it's too stupid for me to keep asking which breads i'm allowed to eat ^^
Well, open sale can or could also be understood at the bread counter ;-)... The loaves are not wrapped there either... At least that's how I think Skade7 understood it.
Yes, don't tell me, I was once in the bakery and luckily had a patient saleswoman who was very kind and patient and told me what was inside about 5 different rolls :-) but unfortunately that's only the fewest :-/
hmm.... that's right, i'm familiar with the open sandwiches, which are available inside the store. for example, you could attach a picture of milk, nuts, wheat (or something else) to the sandwich compartment if it contains something specific. we used to have them in the canteen for certain meals. but open sandwich sales are like.... at the gourmessa, aren't they? a list would probably be best there. nowadays, people are paying more and more attention to allergies (or have to pay attention to them).
Migros could put the lists of ingredients and nutritional values of the bread rolls on the Migros website and here on Migipedia. That would definitely be a great help to me.

In my opinion, the nutritional values and calories should also be labeled as a matter of urgency. Isn't that even a MUST?
