Hello Migros
For allergy sufferers/intolerant people it would be a great help to put the ingredients of the bread rolls on the back of the labels! Coop does it too!

Yes Duskyblue that may be true from time to time... I actually only go shopping in the evening (usually about 1 hour before closing time) and I'm happy if there's still something left... But recently I've been seeing a lot of new bread being restocked at exactly this time! Or, for example, around 3 King's Day there were already X100 king cakes days before and even on 3 King's Day itself at least 3 racks were full to bursting and that at 19.00 and even one was still filling up more. The printed date was always up to date! And I assume that these were not repacked daily but baked anew. Or a shelf full to bursting with Leger protein bread that apparently many people want and yet nobody wants :-/
And such pictures make me rather thoughtful.
Exgüsi, but could you please open a separate thread?
I made this one about the ingredients list for open sandwiches and now I'm getting the whole discussion by email - and I'm - sorry - not interested in your concern!
Thank you

@Sunnestern, your headline says "open bread sale" not ingredients list or anything ... so what do you expect?
You can probably expect people to read the first post and not just the headline.
So far, I have also usually had to avoid buying open sandwiches from Migros because I didn't have the list of ingredients and nutritional information. I therefore think Sunnestern's suggestion with the labels (ingredients, nutritional values) is excellent and would ask Migros to introduce this as soon as possible.
well, I don't think we're being taken seriously anyway... still waiting to hear...
I also usually read the list of ingredients and nutritional information on bread (and of course other foods too, but this is about bread) and would therefore think it would be great if this information were also available for open-faced bread sales!
but how do you actually imagine that? when i walk past the open bread sale, it's usually already full of customers because they want to buy cakes or something else. then the loaves are "supplied" at the back and if every salesperson had to memorize it in order to give an answer or dig out the list and show it, that would also be tedious for the employee.
Correct - I had already noted this at the time when I had mailed the request directly to customer service and received as an answer that you just had to ask...
Letter, problem solved
Yes and no because most of the time when I want to read I am asked about 10 times what I would like and the bread rolls are so far back in the open sale (at least for me) that you can't even see what is in which basket or what kind of rolls are on offer...
But you could hang an up-to-date list/list on a wall next to the counter showing what's on offer and the contents and nutritional values ;-) or? Then anyone who is interested can go and read it there
