A delete function is not planned at the moment. We want to prevent posts from being removed from discussions at a later date, which would mean that the discussion would no longer make sense.
My tip: If you have accidentally deleted a post in the wrong place, you can edit it and remove the message - as a replacement you could then write "mistakenly entered in the wrong place", for example.

Hmm... that's really weird right now. You should be able to edit your comment. I'll check with the team to see why that's not possible.
As for the smiles: as far as I know, there are no plans to expand them at the moment. However, I can also include this point. But it will certainly take a while before we do anything here - we still have a few things that have priority (e.g. login things or the topic of the activity stream).

Unfortunately, "editing" only works sporadically (at least for me) and not for all posts :(
Yesterday evening, for example, it was still possible for a short time (a few minutes) after writing a post(https://community.migros.ch/m/Neues-Migipedia-da-ist-noch-der/Wie-geht-das-neu/td-p/244085/page/3), but then a message suddenly appeared saying that there was somehow 'no more time to edit'?

At the moment it seems that the edit function is only available shortly after the post has been created. The idea is that you can quickly correct typing errors that you notice after submitting the post.
However, I have already mentioned to the team that this is not ideal and does not meet your requirements in this form. We will look at this again.

It is by no means just "typos", but often 'errors' in content and - after repeated reflection - own statements that 'need' to be clarified or corrected and updated. In my opinion, the delete function is just as important as an editing function that is available everywhere.
In the event that posts are really removed from a discussion so that their meaning can no longer be understood, it would still be possible to ask for clarification at any time, possibly by direct message.
