I think it's bad that you can't see the answers to the comments on "now on Migipedia". And it's bad that you can only comment on the product once. I still find the changeover very bad and would like to see the old structure back. With the exception that surveys and tests have their own page.

Hello Indios,
welcome to the club of?
Although I still understand the abolition of the delete function(https://community.migros.ch/m/Hinter-den-Kulissen/Das-neue-Migipedia-steht-in-den-Startlöchern/ba-p/...
After editing a few posts, I would nevertheless like to ask that all my own posts can be completely deleted again as soon as possible.
On the one hand, opinions/evaluation bases on certain products - or entire product ranges - can change so quickly. On the one hand, opinions/evaluation bases on certain products - or entire product areas - can change so drastically that it is difficult to write a new comment in the context of an edit, sometimes several years ago.
On the other hand, it unfortunately often happens that products are dropped from the range, after which a post can also not be easily updated by "editing" and inserted into a discussion from that time - whereby I find such subsequent insertion problematic. This is even more so as the date of the original post remains the same even after editing - but sometimes a lot has changed since then.
In connection with the above request, I very much hope that it will soon be possible again on Migipedia to completely delete your own 'tracks' if you wish. It is true that this can confuse the flow of contributions - albeit mostly from a long time ago - but I find the restriction to the "edit" function in cases such as those mentioned above to be no less inconsistent, and various of my own contributions to be so unpleasant or no longer relevant that I request the prior freedom to be able to remove them completely.
Many thanks and best regards,
maripac
Dear Tanja and the entire Migipedia team,
What I consider to be a 'more serious problem' - apart from the deletion function, which should please be reintroduced - is the notification by e-mail.
Although a message is received in the case of "Likes", it is no longer received when a new post has been made on a shared topic, product etc. (this function would also be ideal in the forum).
This previously constant notification was not just a reason to (re)post. It made you aware of the various areas on Migipedia and kept you up to date in the most pleasant way. In my opinion, a notification when a new comment is posted would be more important - it could lead to more activity and promote a lively exchange rather than the notifications of "likes" received. A reintroduction of these more informative emails could also support (re)orientation on Migipedia and connect products and users more quickly.
Lg, maripac
Hello Migipedia Team
I think the redesign is very successful. Unfortunately, I had to realize that you have turned away from product sponsorship. I think this is a great pity, as I actually liked this idea.
Nevertheless, good luck with the new site.
Greetings Markus
I still can't get to grips with this new homepage. Too many things are no longer visible, comments that you post don't appear, only a few activities and you're constantly searching. I hardly spend any time on the site anymore and I think it's a shame that such a bad change has been made. It was easier to use before. Suggestions for surveys are still entered in the wrong place and you are not automatically taken to the right page. You also have to log in again and again for each section. I could create a big list, but it's too much work for me. A lot of customer concerns and requests will certainly be lost and it will only be a simple exchange forum.

must agree with indios, ?
some of the things i have posted are no longer where they were at first,
when you look at it, is there a difference whether you are logged out or logged in ?
not everything new is better ?
Logged out, you are a "nobody" like me, so Migipedia does not know us, logged in the profiles we have created should be adopted. It works for me, except for the taggs that have not been activated and some specific settings that could be created programmatically (macros, scripts).

Hello everyone
Thank you @indios for your open feedback on the new Migipedia. In your message, you address the two main points that are already very topical internally:
1. the problems with the login for the different forum areas. It seems that different systems are working together, which makes it difficult to ensure a smooth transition. However, we are working very hard on this - otherwise logging in and out is a real pain.
2) I have already mentioned internally that the activity stream is no longer large enough and not 100% complete. I also understand this problem very well - the small stream makes it difficult to keep an overview. As we are still working on two or three other "construction sites" at the moment, this problem has not yet been tackled. But I will pass on your message - it shows the technical team how important this stream is to you.
I hope you will remain loyal to us despite the problems that still exist and give us a chance to improve the points you mentioned.
Best regards
Tanja
Most of the problems have already been addressed. The way Migipedia presents itself now is confusing and cumbersome and a massive deterioration compared to the old site. As a self-employed person who manages and owns several websites, it is completely beyond me how a "giant" among Swiss companies can expect the public to accept this. I have the impression that they have tried to please everyone somehow, but many cooks spoil the broth. This is reflected in the fact that a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles have been added, while some basic functions are no longer available. What was once an information portal has become a place to play and chat. I can certainly understand the displeasure of some veteran Migipedians.
The "Stream" in particular is useless in its current form. What the number of new posts in the forum overview is supposed to mean (e.g. currently 7438 out of a total of 7583 in the product ideas section) is also a mystery to me. I expect to see the number of new posts since my last visit so that I at least know where it is worth clicking in if there is no stream.
I have just noticed another problem: When searching for products, sorting by price (both ascending and descending) does not work. This is tedious, not least with some large product groups. Sorting by name doesn't help much either, for example if you're looking for a specific organic or M-Classic product but don't know its exact name...
I can only hope that massive improvements will be made. Otherwise I will probably soon lose the desire to participate here.
