Praise and criticism

Lob und Kritik

Whether praise or criticism: tell us what you think of the new Migipedia. On the one hand, we are of course pleased to receive praise. On the other hand, criticism helps us to improve.

How can I find a discussion that I opened last week? Why are threads from 2011 at the top, while the latest posts can only be found via Google at best? In what order are the discussions listed? Questions about questions.... :-/

Praise:
The new Migipedia looks much better.

Criticism:
The new Migipedia has been very poorly tested, many errors are noticeable even when simply using it.

Where can I enter a new comment, e.g. for a product? It's completely confusing and very poorly explained.

Hello indios

You can find the products in the navigation at the top under "Opinion". There you can select the product about which you would like to write a comment.

You can rate the product in writing under "Customer rating" and then award stars.

If you have a question for the M-Infoline, you can ask it under the "Questions about the product" tab.

I hope this is clear to you.

So I think it's great... Well done! It just takes time, right! But I'm really keen to rummage around. hehe

Hello guenther69

Thanks for your feedback - I'm glad you like our new Migipedia. You're right - it always takes a little time to find your way around.

But I'm sure that will happen very quickly.

Best regards
Tanja

Now you can only see a few posts on "now on Migipedia". How can I view all posts as before? I find that really tedious.

Hello indios

I can understand you - I was also a big fan of the activity stream (I wasn't aware of it before, only now that I no longer have it) ;-).

It's still a bit small at the moment - but I've just found out that that's one of the things we're still working on. Unfortunately, I can't tell you when the enlarged stream will be available - but at least I can promise that we're working on it.

Until then, I guess we'll all have to figure out another process for finding our way around here. But I'm sure that will happen very quickly :-).

Best regards
Tanja
