To avoid misunderstandings, there is still the option of making your statements a little more informative. Otherwise, you shouldn't be surprised at the comments. So please: enlighten us!
In many years, I have never once experienced being "forced" to make a comment at Migros (or anywhere else) during or after buying a product.
I would therefore kindly ask you to explain how this coercion manifests itself to you. Perhaps it is just a harmless ...notion that could easily be remedied.
So when I'm new to a forum, I first read along for a while and try to find my way around instead of just bashing long-standing participants in my first post because I don't know what it's all about. But since I'm a generally friendly person, here's a little help to get you started: Go to "Opinions" at the top of the page, then select "Products". The stars below the articles are ratings given by Migipedia members. In the past, you could only award stars without having to write a text at the same time. Now you have to "justify" your rating before you can submit it. An unnecessary chicanery in my eyes, which you can fill in with banalities and nonsense, but if that's what the operators want *shoulder shrug*
What also does not work with the new Migipedia, if someone has given an answer to a product (e.g. AprozO2 Raspberry-Lime) e.g. Istanbul or as LesMoulins I can press the answer button on his answer and write something in the text field, but after sending my answer disappears in Nirvana ? and a red line appears that I have already rated the product and therefore can no longer write anything. What I also realize now is that Istanbul replied with his LesMoulins account and not with his other account.
To put it this way I find it very bad, because this is exactly the communication I appreciated before I hope that this can somehow be changed again!!!!

Hello LunaL
At the moment you can only write one review for one product. However, as I understand it, it should be possible to post a reply under the same comment. But I'll ask you right away and get back to you.
Thank you for your feedback and the information.
Best regards

Hello LunaL
I have now had this confirmed: It is indeed a bug that you can't reply to a post from Istanbul (or other users). We are treating this bug with the highest priority - it really shouldn't be and will be fixed as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience!
Best regards
Tanja
Hi Tanja,
That's why I used the bypass via @lesmoulins! I'm sure it will happen a few more times, especially since answers like the one here under Istanbul were not displayed under "Now on Migipedia"!

Hello everyone
The technical team looked into this problem immediately and worked on a solution. You should now be able to comment on posts as before.
@Luna_L you weren't hasty: the problem was corrected this morning - tech probably restored both your comments so everything is there now. :-).
@Frederica I'm not sure if I understand you correctly: Do you mean the Aproz comment is not displayed in your profile under your posts and activities? Or on the start page? Please help me out here.
Thank you and best regards
Tanja
@Tanja_Migros
In my opinion, a reply should also be displayed on "Now on Migipedia" > "All activities" in the short term, this did not happen! ?
I can't write for @Luna_L, but she was apparently confused too as the answers were not visible...! ?

Hello Istanbul
Thanks for the clarification. Could it be that you checked immediately after sending the comment to see if it appeared in the activities? I noticed myself last night that it takes a moment. Or did the problem only occur as "Istanbul" and with "lesmoulins" it worked?
Sorry for all the questions - I'm trying to find out as much as possible about the problem so that I can pass on as much information as possible to the technical team.
Best regards
Tanja
