I think the garlic and onion powder is great for polishing up dips and gratins.
BUT: does this stuff have to come from China?
I would happily pay more if it came from Switzerland or at least Europe.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you're not really looking for a producer in the region, or it just doesn't seem that important to you. I will avoid such products in future.

I bought garlic powder at the Alima market in Zollikofen. It says: Made in Germany. The question now is whether it was grown in Germany or perhaps from China?
Hello moz79, thank you for asking. There has still been no change to Tanja's statement. We always keep our eyes and ears open, but it doesn't happen that quickly. If we find a producer who meets all our requirements, we will of course be happy to work with him (if he is willing to do so). Unfortunately, this is not the case at the moment.
