Thank you for FINALLY bringing out a cottage cheese without sugar. But why is it so much more expensive than the M-Classic?

@Traberli NATURE means for you that it contains no sugar? Hmm. For me it means that it is "tasteless", i.e. without herbs, honey, caramel or pine cones in it.
And what's more, it doesn't have any added sugar. Pure nature, so to speak.

Hello everyone About the sugar-free Cottage Cheese: The specialist department informed me that a project is currently underway to reduce the sugar in Cottage Cheese. In other words, we are working on the issue. Incidentally, the organic Cottage Cheese is sugar-free. @Traberli, I have forwarded your further comments to the relevant people for their attention. Kind regards, Heidi

Don't reduce it, take it out! These constant digressions

@Traberli About the word natural: This refers to the flavor - in contrast to cottage cheese with chives or other flavoring ingredients. Best regards Heidi

Just go to Aldi, Lidl, etc. All the others have no sugar. Because not everyone wants to buy organic...

That's true again.
You know what really pisses me off? It says m-classic and NATURAL... No words: NATURE. Where is the natural sugar? So diabetics are only allowed to buy special products or go shopping with a magnifying glass? Every purchase is an adventure! Because it could be that the recipe is adjusted. Boar like MC Donald, they also have hidden sugar everywhere. What can you consume without hesitation in the MC? Exactly: water, coffee, tea, everything else has sugar even the salad dressing.... So just next problem: cold cuts chicken breast! Hello? No am speechless ok is only 1g....will come now. But if you want as close to zero as possible, it accumulates... Chicken breast with dextrose... without words...
Hello Traberli Unfortunately, for technological reasons, it is not possible to avoid adding small amounts of sugar to cured meat products such as chicken breast cold cuts. The sugar serves as a substrate ("food") for the starter cultures (the so-called curing flora). However, the sugar is fermented by the microorganisms into acids and thus broken down. Kind regards, Heidi

Thank you Heidi that clears things up. Thank you for your patience and prompt reply.
