Hello everyone, I have just received some feedback. We have decided to offer the Cottage Cheese under the You brand, as You and M-Classic serve two different customer groups. You Cottage Cheese has a slightly higher protein content and less sugar. The design is also more elaborate. We use higher quality ingredients and the production process is also more expensive. All this influences the price. The responsible department is informed about your messages. Kind regards, Luisa
absolute nonsense, it has a normal protein content, as is normal for cottage cheese. Less sugar is also wrong, or rather, it has no added sugar. That's what customers have always wanted! Now it's just normal lactose, with no added sugar. We customers really feel like we've been taken for a ride - for years we've always wanted Cottage Cheese to be made without added sugar and we've always been fobbed off with some stupid and incomprehensible excuses and justifications. And now a new brand comes along and suddenly it works and is much more expensive. Why don't you just take the M-Classic Cottage Chese and just leave out the sugar and that's that! Migros is no longer credible and customers are furious!
Coop now also has a fancy cottage cheese: All I want. The one with a hint of Alpine salt has the following nutritional values: 81 kcal, 3.4g fat, 1.9g carbohydrates (of which 1.4g sugar) and finally 10.6g protein per 100g.
@ Bodenseeknusperli: I know, but in principle we are talking about a simple natural cottage cheese. And the values of the new Coop product are interesting.
@Bodenseeknusperli: They certainly are, and thank you very much for the tip and the information. I will be happy to take a look at these Coop products.
Hello @indios, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are disappointed and that we were unable to fulfill your request. The M-Classic Cottage Cheese has been in our range for many years with a tried and tested recipe. Many of our customers appreciate this product as it is. For this reason, we do not adapt the M-Classic Cottage Cheese. We try to respond to customer needs whenever possible. That is why we have launched a completely new line with different varieties. With the YOU brand, we want to appeal to customers like you who prefer a different recipe (with less sugar, for example). Best regards, Heidi
