What does Migros intend to do to ensure that the additional hygiene measures can be complied with during this time for the weighing trolleys and fruit and vegetables? - or does the customer have to organize this himself ?

Dry cleaning is great so the germs spread even better...🤢↵So a little bit of hygiene should reach the staff. ↵↵Since this is not normal hygiene, go to the store manager?↵I'm sure he'll react. Because something like this would not be good at the moment as customers would stay away.
I don't want to spend an unnecessarily long time in the store. I don't think it's my job to draw up guidelines. Besides, as long as no concrete measures are decided or communicated by Migros, nothing will happen. A good example is public transport, such as buses or streetcars, where measures are taken to ensure that customers are better protected.

Hello everyone, In these hours, disinfectant is being filled into spray bottles in a special production run so that our customers in the stores can also clean their hands. The first batch will be delivered as early as tomorrow Saturday (March 14, 2020). The stores in Ticino will receive the first spray bottles. The distribution of 100,000 disinfectants to all Migros Group employees can also be completed today. We would also like to appeal once again to people to take personal responsibility. Corona affects us all. Everyone can help to slow down the spread of the disease. Compliance with the known hygiene measures of the FOPH's information campaign "This is how we protect ourselves" is paramount. https://bag-coronavirus.ch/ Best regards Sebastian

While the handrails and driver's workstations on buses and streetcars are disinfected every night to protect passengers, I unfortunately still don't see any tangible hygiene concept at Migros. While on the streetcar or bus, the handrail or button only needs to be pressed briefly, you have to hold the handle of the trolley or the hand scanner in your hand for a good 40 minutes while shopping, depending on the purchase. What did I observe today while shopping? There are still mothers who don't pay attention to how their baby slobbers all over the handle or the scanner. There are still people who cut, touch their mouths and then touch the handles. There are people who lick their fingers before grabbing the small plastic bags to weigh out the vegetables so that they can grip the bags better. Some even reach into the bags with their whole hand. What does Migros do? I watched the Migros employee clearing away the scanners that were no longer in use. She ONLY goes over these scanners with a single piece of dry household paper. You have to imagine that 50 scanners are touched with one and the same piece of dry household paper. So the viruses are transmitted from one scanner to all the others. We know that viruses can also stick to banknotes, which is also very disgusting. The employees put away the used and uncleaned baskets and scales with their gloves, which are actually there to fill up the cooling rack so that you don't get cold hands. The employees then go into the cooling rack with the same dirty gloves and put the yogurts away. Great, then the viruses are preserved in the cooling rack! You could just as easily go to the toilet with these gloves and touch the yoghurts afterwards. The FOPH campaign that you should wash your hands regularly has definitely not reached Migros. I feel sorry for the risk groups.
Postbus GR Engadinbus Stadtbus Chur has kept the front door closed since Wednesday to protect the drivers and the front seats are locked

Why? Everything has been available here so far. Do you have empty shelves?

@Sebastian_Migros Regarding personal responsibility. Are waste bins also provided? So I'll be cleaning my shopping trolley and my scanner at Migros myself in future? Do I have to take paper and disinfectant with me from home? Or will you provide the paper and disinfectant for this procedure yourself? Can I also clean the touchscreen monitors of the scales and the payment terminal myself when I check out?
Many people always ignore the fact that it is also a droplet infection. How often do I see other customers or commuters on trains who simply sneeze or cough into the environment without holding out their hand or elbow? Unfortunately, this is also a route of infection. That's why you should also strengthen your own immune system, because simply disinfecting is not the complete solution to the problem.

Boar mee ne? I still have to do my "normal" shopping (i.e. a few more things for the week) but that sounds really bad now. That leaves only Le Shop for you? Because you can probably see what's available when you order. Are they all crazy?
