Of course, Migros employees will personally wash the hands of every customer. Seriously, what additional hygiene measures? Every normal-thinking person adheres to certain hygiene standards as a matter of principle, that's enough, everything else is pure scaremongering that unfortunately a large part of the population falls for.

Everyone gets the required 30 ml hand sanitizer, plus a specialist who waits for the hands to be disinfected correctly? That all comes later. If at all, suspected cases and sick people are quarantined at home. (if they are sensible and have reported themselves) There is not much more you can do. You just have to take completely packaged food if you are so afraid. Or frozen....? With the other waves of bird flu, swine flu.... there was nothing special that was done. Ah, but swine flu wasn't really widely communicated. There were several years in a row. And also the seriously ill and dead like with Corona -ok not as many as now, but there was a lot going on regionally.
Maybe disinfect the trolleys after every use (hopefully the public transport companies will follow suit and disinfect all bus and streetcar stops at least at every terminus). A little extra pesticide on apples and pears wouldn't kill us straight away either, but would certainly put an end to any virus...
One person would have to do nothing but disinfect the whole day, including the partitions on the conveyor belt. Would at least create jobs ;) But let's be honest, more poison on apples and pears to protect against something that could only be dangerous for the elderly and those with poor health? Has the panic reached the point where people think it's good to consume more poison? Phew.

Hygiene already starts with the fact that the "dear little ones" should not be put in the shopping trolleys where the food and the rest comes in (and that still with street shoes), furthermore I find the X-fold "Antatscherei" of fruit and vegetables disgusting, I don't like to buy it anymore, I hope that something will be done about it, thank you.
