What does Migros intend to do to ensure that the additional hygiene measures can be complied with during this time for the weighing trolleys and fruit and vegetables? - or does the customer have to organize this himself ?

I find this extremely interesting: you can catch the coronavirus in a store - but not if you order from LeShop. Hello?! People who pick up the goods also work at LeShop. And the express courier who delivers the order to your door is also a human being... Imagine if the media reported non-stop about the coronavirus - and the population went along with it unconditionally. Oh, how easy it is... oh, God!
Hello, the journey to Migros by public transport is probably worse than the store itself, but at least the LeShop staff only touch the food and don't take turns at the till to touch the food and the banknotes. And above all: some customers have to buy more than they want and throw away a lot of food, while others don't get what they want, so to speak hoarding organized by Migros. Furthermore, many are far more afraid of coercive measures than of the disease itself. As quickly as the postmen unpack the boxes, the criterion of a quarter of an hour's contact is never reached for a delivery. Officially it is said that the regulations are being relaxed, but this does not seem to be the case de facto, or at least not yet implemented or not everywhere.

Hello, Since yesterday, senior citizens/people with health problems have been advised to go into "quarantine light", i.e. use public transport as little as possible, go shopping... This would also mean that the most vulnerable would no longer be exposed to non-disinfected trolleys. Couldn't LeShop at least temporarily introduce an additional delivery stage, e.g. for a CHF 9.90 delivery charge for purchases of CHF 50-60 or more? Some people are short of tins of canned food, while others have run out until they run out because otherwise they can't fill their shopping cart... It would also be enough if the gift cards were added to LeShop's range and you could then use them to shop in other specialist stores (Ex Libris already accepts them for online orders) or in-store again after the coronavirus pandemic.
What is "currently" being done to the residents by old people's homes is completely wrong, it has been written X times that in old people's homes not only in Switzerland but also abroad, the old people were "forcibly banned from visiting", many of them have nothing more than the occasional visits from their children and grandchildren, and I find taking that away from them not only wrong, but inhumane 😥
Corona virus: Hundreds of people gather for lunch in the Migros restaurant in Zurich City (Löwenstrasse). I find it irresponsible of Migros to leave this restaurant open. And also for the kitchen staff who have to wash plates with so much leftover food (and mouth bacteria too!)

For 75 years since WWII, Germany has tried to maintain good relations with other countries, and now it won't let a truck with protective masks enter Switzerland : https://www.20min.ch/schweiz/news/story/Schweizer-Schutzmasken-Transport-blockiert-19836640 Same scenario in Austria : https://www.heute.at/s/lkw-voller-corona-masken-hangt-an-oo-grenze-fest-41185594 So we can forget about gloves in the fruit department at Migros. Hospitals and doctors' surgeries need them... more urgently now.
I wouldn't buy any more fresh produce if I was afraid. I buy everything that was packaged before December 2019. I wash the fruit and vegetables, so it's right for me. We shouldn't always blame others.

Next Tuesday, senior citizens will receive a 10% discount. As my parents are already over 80 and prefer not to go out too much at the moment (they belong to the risk group due to pre-existing conditions), I've been going shopping for them since last week. Can I go shopping next Tuesday with my parents' Cumulus card and senior citizens' card or does my mother have to be present?

@Carina The General Terms and Conditions for the Senior Citizens' Advantage Card contain the following sentence under point 3 "Issue": "The Senior Citizens' Advantage Card is personal and may not be transferred.". Furthermore, under 4. rights and obligations it is stated: "The use of the Senior Citizens' Advantage Card is restricted to the applicant's shopping behavior, i.e. only the cardholder is entitled to shop and benefit from the Senior Citizens' Advantage Card." The Senior Citizens' Card is an offer from the Migros Aare Cooperative. If you're lucky, you'll get an answer from the Migipedia staff in Zurich in good time. However, as the deadline is the day after tomorrow, I advise you to use the contact option for the senior citizens' card yourself to make sure you get the information you need on Tuesday: https://www.migros.ch/de/genossenschaften/migros-aare/angebot/supermarkt/hauptseite-seniorenvorteilskarte/hotline.html

@ Nachtspalter Thank you very much for the quick reply. I will call them tomorrow and ask. Now that it is said that older people should avoid large gatherings of people, it would be really great if Migros would make an exception.

On https://www.migros.ch/de/genossenschaften/migros-aare/angebot/supermarkt/hauptseite-seniorenvorteilskarte.html it says: "Not valid in online stores", but that's exactly what you should do now. Not all senior citizens have children who can go shopping for them. 10% off an order at LeShop, delivered to the cardholder's address, with, for example, the senior card number (followed by .0320 for March 2020) as the discount code...
