And here is what remains of the promise to Noah:

Hello
You can find our statement on the Bee Promise here:https://generation-m.migros.ch/de/versprechen/engagement-fuer-bienen.html

Best regards, Simone

Even if it has already been chewed over umpteen times: You have NOT kept your promise and have now simply removed it instead of declaring it as not kept. That's just embarrassing.

Pure window-dressing, or you could also say "good on the outside, bad on the inside". I find it almost schizophrenic that Migros is still selling bee-threatening products while at the same time running a "platform for the future of bees" www.bienenzukunft.ch. It gets really great when I read the following there:

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Broad-based development
The platform brings together the practical knowledge available today and makes it accessible to specific stakeholders. It reflects the current state of knowledge, important developments, open questions and any differing attitudes.

At the same time, Migros writes the following on m-generation:
Abandonment of active ingredients The reduction in populations can be attributed to various factors. It is assumed that different causes reinforce each other. Experts assume that chemicals from pesticides are partly responsible for the bee mortality - especially if they are not used properly. The study "Bye bye bee?" by Greenpeace from 2013 mentions seven critical active ingredients in pesticides and insecticides that should be replaced if possible due to their harmful effects on bees. Greenpeace has identified a number of active substances that are harmful to bees not only through direct exposure but also through indirect exposure. This means that there is still a risk to bees even if they are used correctly. The effects observed in this context include, for example, increased mortality and developmental disorders in larvae. Migros has taken this finding seriously. It originally carried 10 products containing these active ingredients. These products have been completely liquidated or switched.

So what about the current state of knowledge and the important developments? I can tell you, they have passed Migros by without a trace. Why else is the active ingredient lambda-cyhalothrin still being added to PPPs? But that's the way it is, you refer to an outdated report by Greenpeace so that you look good and think that the stupid end consumer won't notice anything.

@Migros Put as much sand in the eyes of consumers as possible, you won't reach some of them!

My father is a beekeeper and I'd better not write what he thinks of Migros on this subject. The people at Migros who make decisions about bees have absolutely no idea about beekeeping! Shame on you Migros! The study by Greenpeace that Migros refers to is from 2013, which is a long time ago. What Aldi can do, I expect at least the same from Migros! Get a move on!
