If you do a bit of research and browse the internet, packaging costs really have become massively more expensive worldwide, for example, beer breweries now have to pay 120% more for crown caps. Just one source, others write "only" 65% more expensive.

Hello Jöggi, thank you for your information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a uniform CO2 content throughout the entire best-before date. This depends on the production date, date of purchase or consumption and storage conditions. This is because there is a natural migration of CO2 in all PET bottles as the product ages. The "older" a product is, the less CO2 it contains. This phenomenon is normal. However, certain storage conditions can accelerate the loss of gas (temperatures, light, etc.). That's why I buy drinks in glass or aluminum whenever possible, PET bottles are not gas-tight and quickly lose their carbonation.
