These plums were very soft, almost "plump", but could not be removed from the stone. The slices were only suitable for jam.
From Moldova, unfortunately more than half were still unripe and green. Too bad, we love plum menus. And we prefer food from Switzerland or Europe. A little unripe is ok, but hard and green plums are no longer tasty. They lack the natural sweetness.
I baked plum crumble cake with it - it tasted great.
