Most practical because it is ready to cook, with no need to clean or grate the cauliflower. It is perfect for ketogenic with very few carbohydrates, a great alternative to rice, and is ideal for side dishes, bowls, and low carb one-pot meals.
Of course it is more expensive than fresh cauliflower and the taste and texture are slightly less than the fresh product.
