If I would like to gratinate this product with cheese, what would be the procedure? Put the contents directly into the mold? At how many degrees would you gratinate it and for how long? And if you want to prepare it in a pan, can you put it directly into the pan or cook it first?
cook the frozen lump with water and the lid closed. I have never tried gratinating, but I think I would let the product defrost to room temperature first, then put the cheese on top and put it in the oven at 180 degrees. Check every 5 minutes if the consistency is as desired

We would fry the cauliflower rice in a pan with a little oil as described without pre-cooking (perhaps not necessarily covered, but swirl the pan frequently). This allows the liquid to evaporate. Then add grated cheese, for example, and allow to melt. It should be noted that the product is "shredded" cauliflower and the consistency is much softer and not as hard as ordinary rice. Hello Cyronika, the cauliflower will only become soggy when reheated if it was overcooked during the initial preparation. To prevent this from happening, we recommend cooking the cauliflower in a pan with 15 ml water for 120 g cauliflower-like rice and 1 tablespoon of oil, covered, for 2 minutes and stirring frequently.
