However, if a store notices a decline in demand for a product, it is possible that they will use the limited shelf space for another item. If I would like to gratinate this product with cheese, what would be the procedure? Put the contents directly into the mold? At how many degrees would you gratinate it and for how long? And if you want to prepare it in a pan, can you put it directly into the pan or cook it first?

cook the frozen lump with water and the lid closed. I have never tried gratinating, but I think I would let the product defrost to room temperature first, then put the cheese on top and put it in the oven at 180 degrees. Check every 5 minutes if the consistency is as desired

Hello Romanista96, thank you for your inquiry. We don't have a recipe suggestion for how to bake the YOU cauliflower-like rice with cheese. It all depends on how much cheese you use, which cheese, etc. We have no control over that.
We would fry the cauliflower rice in a pan with a little oil as described without pre-cooking (perhaps not necessarily covered, but swirl the pan frequently). This allows the liquid to evaporate. Then add grated cheese, for example, and allow to melt. It should be noted that the product is "shredded" cauliflower and the consistency is much softer and not as hard as ordinary rice. Hello dear M-Infoline team, I like to cook ahead for the office. Is it possible to cook this cauliflower like rice the day before (perhaps a little less time than normal), mix it into the food (e.g. chilli) and then reheat it in the microwave the next day? Or does that make it soggy? LG, Cyronika

Hello Cyronika, the cauliflower will only become soggy when reheated if it was overcooked during the initial preparation. To prevent this from happening, we recommend cooking the cauliflower in a pan with 15 ml water for 120 g cauliflower-like rice and 1 tablespoon of oil, covered, for 2 minutes and stirring frequently. It says to eat it immediately after cooking. Can it be kept in the fridge for a day? It is difficult to portion if frozen and must not be frozen again (too much for 1 person at a time)

Hello Ayumi-chan. The cauliflower rice should not be defrosted and refrozen, but if you store it in the fridge for a day, this should not be a problem. Especially if it is already cooked.
