Have you changed anything in the recipe or the ingredients? I'm asking because for a few months now, the base - regardless of the type of cake - hasn't baked through equally well and sticks to the enamel tray. This wasn't the case before, it always came out perfectly. Or is it me/the tray? Thanks for the answer .

Hello - unfortunately the packaging is already with the garbage collection. The best before date was 08.12.25, I remember that. However, had the same problem with each of these doughs (bought about 6 times) for an estimated 4-5 months, never before, and oven, tray & baking settings were always the same. Hello SaDze, the note "may contain milk / egg" and the vegan V-label are not mutually exclusive. The note "may contain..." serves as a warning for allergy sufferers. The note is added if, despite all precautionary measures, there is a risk of minor unintentional carry-over of allergenic substances such as milk and egg in the production facility. However, this product does not contain any ingredients containing milk or egg and can therefore be awarded the vegan V-label. Hello GerdaMaria, thank you for your message. We now offer the Leger cake batter under YOU - there are only two differences. We made the Leger cake batter with palm-based fat. The YOU cake batter is free from palm fat. The Leger cake batter was made with a preservative (potassium sorbate). Due to the "YOU guidelines" we were not allowed to use this, which is why we use ethanol. Unlike potassium sorbate, ethanol is tasteless.
