I don't usually eat vegan but was curious. Good taste thanks to cheese cultures. You get used to the difference in consistency to real cheese, as it is pleasantly creamy. Only the grey-brownish color is not so appealing. For the proud price, I would prefer fairly traded and healthily processed cashews.
