Why is The Melty only available in winter? Even as a vegan, I want to be able to eat raclette with my friends or family all year round. The traditional raclette cheese is also available all year round.
Legere raclette cheese is also only available in winter 🤷🏼♀️ and that would be bought more than this vegan stuff.
Hello D89, thank you for your inquiry. The demand for vegan cheese is still very low compared to conventional raclette.
We are happy to offer the product during the raclette season in winter, but beyond that the demand is so low that the products would unfortunately spoil and the stores would have to throw some away. We can therefore only offer the product during the winter season - we ask for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is this product only available in large stores, or is it just a coincidence that there is none in stock in the small ones? There is a selection of normal raclette in the store, but the product that people depend on because they are not allowed to eat cheese is not available in all stores. I think that's a mess.
Hello dinu79, thank you for your question. In which stores do you miss these products? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, the raclette slices are not available online or in the stores. Why is that?
Hello saskiaholderegger, this is a seasonal article which will only be available again from week 40 (beginning of October). Best regards, your M-Infoline team
That's a shame, because the "normal" raclette cheese is already available in all variations on the shelves. Why are you waiting so long for the vegan cheese? ☹️
Hi saskiaholderegger, the demand for vegan raclette cheese has been very low so far. In summer, or out of season, interest is even lower. Space on the shelf is also limited. We are therefore unfortunately not keeping the product in our range all year round. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Well, if you only have the cheese on the shelves for such a short time and only in the larger stores, then it's clear that you don't sell as much as the others, right? It doesn't have to be all year round, but from September, like the many other varieties, that would be great.
Hello saskiaholderegger, thank you very much for your feedback. As you will have seen from our previous post, the limited space available presents us with a challenge. This is the reason why we are offering the products for the winter season from October. We have submitted your request to our specialist department. We will continue to pursue the issue. If necessary, we will make adjustments. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
Please offer the vegan raclette cheese from the beginning of September in future. October was also too late for me.

When will it finally be available? Two weeks ago we were told that it would arrive next week. But yesterday we were told that it was unknown when it would be delivered. Thanks for the feedback.
Hello Surfergirl89, thank you for your question. Basically, the vegan raclette slices are available again. Can you let us know in which store you are missing the product? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thanks for the quick feedback. :-) We miss the product in the Migros Oberland store in Thun.
The V-Love the Melty Nature slices have been available since the middle of week 37, and the Oberland branch has already sold out since then. We therefore assume that the slices were sold out on your last visit. If you can't find them on your next visit, you are welcome to ask our staff in the store. your M-Infoline team

Flavoring is listed among the ingredients. Does this contain garlic or onion?
Hello wanda_2, the flavors used but also all other ingredients of The Melty are not made from onions or garlic. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are new-generation cheese alternatives that have been fermented with cheese bacteria and also contain more protein planned for the future? For example, like the cheeses from "New Roots" or "Miyokos".
Hello Adrian7, thank you very much for your input. The Miyokos brand has already been considered by our specialist department. However, we are currently unable to guarantee a flawless supply to Switzerland, which is why we are not including the products in our range. However, we are already planning to include more products from New Roots in our range. However, it is not yet clear exactly what these will be. We are therefore unfortunately unable to give you any more precise information. In any case, we are very happy to take your ideas on board and have informed the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
