Is the product gluten-free
Hello Aleina, V-love the Grated is a standard product that contains no gluten-containing ingredients and for which no cross-contamination is expected (no "may contain" statement on the packaging). For products without gluten-containing ingredients (according to the ingredient list) and without any specific labeling, it can be expected that they contain no gluten or that any gluten content would be below 200 mg per kilogram or liter of ready-to-eat food. For special gluten-free products (products labeled “gluten-free,” products with the crossed-out ear symbol, gluten-free products with the aha! seal of approval), the gluten content is below 20 mg/kg. Normally, products without gluten-containing ingredients and without a trace warning can be consumed as part of a gluten-free diet, except in cases of very high sensitivity. However, you should also be aware that even special gluten-free products may contain traces (as mentioned, any content is below 20 mg/kg or liter of ready-to-eat food). Hello Smileygirl, the product V-Love The Grated consists of the following ingredients: Water, coconut oil, thickener: modified waxy maize starch and potato starch, lupin flour (5%), salt, flavoring, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid. For technical reasons, this list of ingredients cannot (yet) be displayed online, but it is printed on the packaging. Many thanks for the ingredients. It's a shame, I've often wondered why this can't be displayed... Other online stores also manage to do this. Thanks also for the tip about Simply V. I couldn't find it under vegan dairy products. It's probably new now.
Well, may I disagree? The Coop online store often lacks the information on contents/nutrients. Nevertheless, I prefer to shop at Coop Online because they have a larger range, but I'm happy to spend more on delivery costs. Sorry Migros, compared to Coop your range is pretty "meagre".

Hello Maggii, thank you for your question, in principle you can freeze the product, but please note the following details: - Before freezing, make sure that there is no or as little air as possible in the bag - When defrosting, store the frozen bag temporarily in the refrigerator (5 °C-10 °C) so that it can defrost gently. If condensation forms during defrosting, dab it off with kitchen paper. There are currently no plans for smaller packaging.
