Melts quickly, but unfortunately doesn't taste like cheese. Only buy this in an emergency...

Good, to be used in moderation due to the presence of fat. Vegan, but nutritionally not so different from traditional cheeses. A small gift for the palate, not to be abused.

Unfortunately, it gets really slimy when cooked (gratin) - like snail slime 🤢 I had to throw the whole gratin away.
Price-performance ratio is top. The taste is delicious and melts well.
