Any news about the Happytizers? I had a look in the store today and the shelf space has now been removed.

Yes, they are already back in production and will probably be available again in a few weeks. So just be patient.

Hello EinKenguru, thank you for your question. The good news first: we are planning to keep the V-Love Happytizers in our range. However, the croissants will not be available for another two weeks or so. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, we miss these ham croissants....When will these amazing ham croissants be available again?

Hi Lilana, thanks for the praise, we really like the Happytizers too. And we weren't the only ones. We were slightly taken by surprise by the great response and for this reason we are currently experiencing a supply interruption with the croissants. We hope that we will be able to bring them back to our refrigerated shelves in May. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately no longer available in the store for 3 weeks... according to the employee it was due to delivery delays... what a shame! It was advertised and then you can't buy it...

Hello Gipfeli123, unfortunately we currently have a delivery interruption for this item. We do not yet know when you will be able to buy the product again. With regard to advertising, there are lead times that we can no longer change. However, we are happy to take your input on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The advertising sometimes shows a pack with the word "spicy" and sometimes without. There is only one variant in the product list. In the store, I saw both packs with the note and those without, but the list of ingredients seemed identical. The label seems to be a sticker on the pack. Are they different variants of the product (different "spicy") or are both products identical and only the name has been changed?

Hello MParc, the Happytizers were slightly spicier than expected during large-scale production. To make our customers aware of this, we decided to affix a sticker to the first production run. For the second production run, we reduced the seasoning and removed the sticker accordingly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why can a vegan food contain *traces of eggs and milk*?

Because something else is produced in the same factory and therefore there may be traces of it in the vegan product. This is only a hint for allergy sufferers.

Thanks for the quick reply, but a vegan is not allergic to animal products....

Hello Rotschidog, vegan products are formulated to contain neither dairy nor egg ingredients. The note "may contain..." on product packaging serves as a warning for allergy sufferers. The note is added if there is a risk of minor unintentional carry-over of allergenic substances such as milk and egg in the production facility despite all precautionary measures. Allergy sufferers can have health reactions to even the smallest amounts of allergens. Depending on the severity of the allergy, this label offers a certain degree of certainty that such critical products can be excluded from the diet. The labeling of a product with the V-label "vegan" of the European Vegetarian Union guarantees a careful examination that the respective product meets the requirements for a vegan diet. The manufacturer of such a product is obliged to minimize the risk of possible unintentional contamination with animal substances. Swissveg is of the opinion that products with a trace indication, e.g. milk or egg, are also suitable for a vegan diet. We at Migros agree with this position. The statement "may contain..." and a vegan claim on our products are therefore not mutually exclusive. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the NutriScore so low? (D)

Hello RobinTy, to calculate the Nutriscore, the content of favorable and unfavorable nutritional properties in a food are weighed against each other. This results in a score, which is assigned a letter (A to E) and a color (green to red). Good nutritional properties include a high protein and fiber content, a high proportion of fruit, vegetables, nuts and pulses and the use of rapeseed, walnut and olive oil. The unfavorable nutritional properties include a high content of energy (calories), saturated fatty acids, sugar and salt. Unfortunately, the product has more unfavorable than favorable nutritional properties (high energy and salt content, low fiber content, lack of vegetables and fruit), hence the Nutriscore D. However, a label with the letters D or E does not mean that these foods cannot be part of a balanced diet. The rating merely draws attention to the fact that these foods should only be eaten in limited quantities and frequencies due to their nutritional quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
