The dough tastes like cardboard, the filling is indefinable. Before baking, you should brush them with egg yolk, otherwise they look dull and unappetizing.

I think the idea is great, but the implementation is poor. I would have preferred a filling with tofu that was more of an alternative. (Haus Hiltl would be a good place to start here - they have a great recipe for it)
I find the taste more reminiscent of bacon and the cubes are far too chewy, a creamy mass inside would have been more to my liking.
I hope there will be other alternatives, possibly with a vegetable filling.
Conclusion: after some time I bought it again and thought it was good - still room for improvement - but better than nothing.
