V-Love Choco is a normal product that contains no gluten-containing ingredients, so there's no need to expect any contamination (there's no trace of it on the packaging). For products with no gluten-containing ingredients (according to the ingredients list) and no indication, you can expect gluten not to be present.
or that any content would be less than 200mg/kg or litre of ready-to-eat food. 
However, the product is not certified gluten-free. For special gluten-free products (products labelled "gluten-free", products with the crossed ear of corn, gluten-free products with the aha! quality label) the gluten content is less than 20 mg/kg.
Normally, products without gluten-containing ingredients and without any indication of traces can be used without any problem as part of a gluten-free diet, except in the case of very high sensitivity. But you should also be aware that even special gluten-free products may contain traces (any content is less than 20mg/kg or litre of ready-to-eat food, as mentioned). There can be no absolute guarantee that a product is gluten-free.

Hello LarsR, the V-Love Choco Classic product is unfortunately not lactose-free. Although the product is vegan and contains no lactose-containing ingredients, traces of milk may be present due to unintentional carry-over in the manufacturing process. According to food law regulations, such traces must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" notice, as is the case with this product ("may contain milk").
