Great drink, but the packaging is totally unstable, doesn't hold when pouring and buckles.

Hello indios, thank you very much for your message. How nice that the drink provides delicious moments of pleasure! In view of your experience, we understand why you would like the packaging to be more stable. We have passed on your comments to the relevant specialist department. The department managers are prepared to address the issue as part of the next product review. They may be able to make improvements. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Why the price increase of an incredible 20%? If the price does not come down again I will no longer buy the product in the future.

The answer is below.... From EU soy to CH soy If you don't want to buy it anymore, there are still MBudget Soy Drink and Alnatura Soy Drink, which are cheaper...

There has always been Swiss soy in it and even if that is supposed to be new now, a 20% increase is not justifiable - it is a rip-off.

because Swiss Bud soy is twice as expensive as Bud soy from imports. Our customers have therefore decided to dig much deeper into their pockets for the raw material in order to produce and sell a thoroughly local product! From a Swiss site

Hello GoVegan, the article now contains soy from Switzerland. This has an impact on the price. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Yes, but never 20%. At only 8%/Lt. the transportation costs are also lower.

Then buy the M-Budget variant or the Alnatura if this item has become too expensive for you. Fortunately, there are even cheaper variants...

M-Budget is no comparison! It has sugar in it. Stop constantly lecturing others and don't keep imposing your wrong opinion!

First, I told you to stop commenting on my posts. I ignore yours, you ignore mine... secondly, when someone is lecturing, it's you... your way of asking something normal often degenerates into a tone that I would have blocked you long ago if this were my forum. You can deal with each other objectively. You can criticize, but the tone should always be appropriate for both parties. There are sweetened and unsweetened versions of this soy drink as well as many other drinks. Of course MB Soy is not 1:1, but it is an alternative. The Alnatura soy is also 1.85 and unsweetened. If Migros didn't have these alternatives, I would understand the criticism. People often ask for Swiss origin, but then many are not prepared to pay the extra price. Neither I nor you know the soy prices or the entire production costs. Other Swiss soy drinks on the market are significantly more expensive... So there are 3 soy drinks MB soy sweetened, foreign Alnatura unsweetened foreign vL love soy unsweetened Switzerland

You said that you would ignore my posts in the future. I, for my part, have said nothing. Yet another insinuation....Leave it at that, rate products and let other people live...........

Then who gives you the right to always have to rebuke others? Just because you don't like the products, we all have to agree with you...

@indios and @Coacoa200 Ok, now it's time to bury the hatchet and make peace. Please be kind to each other. Otherwise we will have to take additional measures and we don't want that. As a reminder of our rules: https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/migipedia-spielregeln Thanks and Lg. Sebastian

I will avoid his posts from now on. I hope he means it... won't respond to any more posts from him 👍

What is the logic behind the fact that conventional products are fortified with calcium and organic products are not? Are there any studies that show that organic buyers have a lower calcium requirement?

Hello Adrian7, thank you for your question. The ECJ ruled in its judgment of 29 April 2021 (C-815/19) that the algae Lithothamnium calcareum, which consists mainly of calcium and magnesium carbonate, may not be added to organic foodstuffs to enrich them with calcium; organic foodstuffs enriched with calcium may not be marketed as organic products.

As a result of this ruling, the 2 V-Love products Rice Drink Calcium (item no. 204026100000) and VL Oat Drink Calcium (item no. 204026200000) were converted to non-organic at the end of last year while retaining the algae supplement (not available organically at the time). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thank you for your reply. Is it possible that these guidelines have changed again in the meantime? Alnatura has recently introduced a soy drink with calcium algae.

Hello Adrian7, thank you for your feedback. At the moment, calcium-rich plant drinks in organic quality can be found on the market again. According to current legislation, calcium-rich algae (extracts) may now be added. Certain conditions apply to algae cultivation (European Commission, 2022). As a rule, organic drinks are not advertised as "calcium-rich" or "calcium-enriched", but the addition of the algae is written on the packaging. The calcium content can be found in the nutritional table. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, how does this go together? You always and everywhere write how sustainable and green and for the people and the future you are; on the other hand, you raise prices for products that are or should be staple foods to the pain threshold for your profit. A kilo of normal soy costs +/- 60 centimes for the industry - even if Swiss organic soy should be twice or three times as expensive, the price increase is never justified - as little soy as is contained in a liter of drink. Plain and simple: the price increase is indecent, especially at a time when food prices are generally rising! I now have the competitor's soy milk, which is unfortunately not as good, but at a fairer price...

Soy milk is definitely not a staple food! Everything is getting more expensive, even the real staple foods.

There is also an Alnatura and MBudget variant...

But MBudget has sugar in it. Which is total nonsense.

Alnatura it is...

Hello grumpifurz, thank you for your inquiry. The soy now also comes from Switzerland. M-Budget or Alnatura soy drink, for example, are cheaper alternatives. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The M-Budget soy drink is not an alternative - it has sugar in it!

Sugar per se is not bad - it's the quantity that counts

Yes, there are people who are not allowed to eat any added sugar, and there are those who don't want any. Everyone can sweeten themselves if they have to.

A large part of the costs are margin, packaging, transport and production, so how can it be that the surcharge for organic alone amounts to 50 centimes?

Hello Adrian7, thank you for your inquiry. The reason for the price increase is that the product is now also produced with Swiss soy. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The soy content per liter is 8.5 %. The rest is water, so if the price per liter rises by 50 centimes simply by switching to Swiss soy, this seems to me to be an artificial price increase. 85 ml cost 50 centimes more than they did before, when the 85 ml came from Europe. Migros likes to actively provide information in the M magazine when an item becomes 7 - 11 % cheaper. Here, where we are talking about a significantly higher price increase, I miss transparency. What a pity. And no, I don't like the M-Budget variant because it's too sweet.

Hello M-Infoline, you have only half answered BarWit's question. How much of the extra 50 centimes that we have to pay goes to the Swiss farmers?

Hello Lou60, thank you for your question. Please understand that we cannot give you any details about our purchase prices. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How do you justify a price premium of 30%?

Hello BarWit, thank you for your post. We have clarified your question. This drink now contains soy from Switzerland. We now also offer it in Bio Suisse Bud quality. This makes the product more ecological and fairer to produce. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I don't think it's right to increase the price of a product like this. Bioknospe Switzerland does not justify price increases of 30%.

Especially as 91.5% is water and the price has already been massively increased in the last six months.

I agree with the previous speakers. Reducing transport distances is great, but the price increase is hefty, and not the first in the last year. The price has almost doubled in the same period. I liked buying this soy milk because it was cheap and still quite tasty - if it now becomes just as expensive as all the others, the price/taste ratio is absolutely no longer right.

over 90% water? brave new vegan world being ripped off, thank god I don't follow this expensive trend, I can't afford it....

Why don't you make your own milk alternatives? (100g organic oat flakes/soy beans from Switzerland, 1l water. Mix the whole thing and then filter. Cost: approx. 45-50 centimes/l for oat milk; approx. 60 centimes for soy milk). Saves money and packaging!

Where has the drink gone? It suddenly disappeared from the shelves, but Alpro has replaced it with unfavorable additives ... Is the one from V-Love coming back?

Hello Kymba00, thank you for your question. We still have this drink in our range. Was the shelf out of stock at the time of your visit? You can check the availability in your store at this link: https://www.migros.ch/en/product/203512900000 Best regards, your M-Infoline team
