Again 482 gr........ It is very embarrassing for Migros that they are not able to produce a 500 gr loaf. Very embarrassing!

Hoi indios, Swiss law stipulates that the bread may deviate 15g up and down after baking. We always comply with this. After that, weight loss can still occur, depending on the humidity. This means that 482g is within the tolerance range - also from a legal point of view. If you need more detailed information, please contact the supplier JOWA directly. Please send us a private message with a telephone number where we can reach you. Kind regards, Your M-Infoline Team

For me, that is pure justification. It can happen once, but not always. Either reduce the price or adjust the weight. Then the blank has to weigh more.

Is the scale calibrated? ?

Hello indios We have arranged for random samples to be taken, which is why our response has been somewhat delayed. The tests were positive - some of the breads are heavier and in rare cases slightly lighter, but not lighter than 480 grams. From the moment a loaf comes out of the oven, it loses moisture and becomes continuously lighter. The manufacturer of the bread, JOWA, would be happy to answer your questions directly. If you would like to accept this offer, please contact us by private message and let us know how we can reach you. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Since Migros unfortunately still can't manage to produce a 500 gram loaf (in my opinion this is simply unbelievable!!), I at least demand that the price be lowered. Because as a customer I pay 500 gr and not 480 gr.

Hoi indios, unfortunately we cannot give a discount, certain deviations are unavoidable. Sometimes the breads are a little heavier, sometimes a little lighter. On balance, however, the breads are heavier rather than lighter. Hopefully you will find a heavier loaf the next time you go shopping. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team Your M-Infoline Team

I can't believe I got such an answer. Could you read up on how often or constantly the weight is wrong? 99% of the time the bread is always too light - usually about 20 grams.

......By the way, the humidity is high now! So don't give me any more banal justifications like that. And no, my scales are not a 5 g division......

.......and bought another loaf of bread like this in 9500 Wil and it weighs just under 480 grams. Please change that! I'm not paying such a high price for less bread! It can't be that this is such a problem. I don't want any justifications, now it should finally work!

Hoi indios We are sorry to read that you are repeatedly disappointed with our Urdinkelfarmerbrot. We try to avoid such deviations through regular spot checks. Unfortunately, we don't always manage to achieve exactly 500g - sometimes it's more or less. We apologize to you for this. We will do our best, best regards from the M-Infoline team

Once again I bought this bread today (every week) and when I got home it weighed just 480 gr. It can't be that I as a customer pay this expensive 4.50 and am then cheated with the weight. I very much request that this be changed. (and please no lengthy explanations and justifications)

Hello indios We are sorry that our bread did not meet the target weight. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the exact cause as the bread is produced at different production sites. According to the legal requirements, the weight tolerance for this bread is +/-15g. In the case of products with a high water content, various factors can cause bread to lose weight before it is sold. Humidity plays an important role here - the drier the air, the faster the bread dries out and loses weight. We can assure you that our scales are calibrated and approved by the Swiss Federal Office of Weights and Measures. These calibrated precision scales cannot be compared with household scales. We assume that you have a scale with a 5 g division. This means that the scale has a + / - deviation in accuracy of 10 g. We have informed the responsible department and quality assurance about your feedback. Of course, you can exchange products that you are not satisfied with at your store's customer service department. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

And once again, the bread today weighs just 480 grams! It simply can't be that we customers are being taken for a ride at this high price.

Hoi indios We are sorry that the same situation has happened to you again. However, it is not our intention to mislead our customers. We will inform the responsible employees again and make them aware of this. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be able to continue to welcome you in your Migros. Thank you for the feedback and the implementation. But it's simply not true that the bread is not in demand. Even the staff say that it is always sold out too early. Dear Migros, you are using the same implausible answers as you did with the light protein bread, which I still miss today.
