The spelt breads from the in-house bakery at Migros Dreispitz are excellent, but baked rather weakly and sometimes still moist on the inside. A few minutes longer baking time would certainly help!

Very good bread, our favorite. Very filling. Can also be frozen well, tasty after defrosting and not too dry in contrast to normal original spelt. Unfortunately, somehow no longer available. It should be available again.
