For about 2 months, coffee powder has often been coming out of the machine into the cup, with larger cups the coffee just drips out at the end. Machine new in January 24. Now ordered a new machine... and after the first coffee the same picture. Descaling etc. doesn't help. Capsules always Original Delizio LungoCrema and Decaffinato - from different batches... Is the powder suddenly too finely ground that it comes out of the capsule holes and can clog the sieve or similar or get into the cup with the coffee?

Since no more water was coming out, I wanted to descale the appliance and check inside where the capsule is to see if a capsule had become wedged. When cleaning out where the capsule comes in, a metal spiral fell out. I think it was attached to the front inside? I'm not quite sure. Is this to tension the capsule? or where does the part come from? Can I push this back in (where and how exactly) or something? Water is coming back, but the metal spiral question remains.
