We wanted to buy the promotion, it was not available, not in the whole canton, better not to do a promotion if there is only 1 machine for so many customers.

Excellent machine, with impeccable after-sales service, as the 1st machine had a manufacturing defect and was replaced the same day I bought it. For the 192 free capsules, as I hadn't received the flyer with the code, I contacted info@delizio.ch who replied the same day, and arranged for the package to be delivered to me 2 days later.
