Excellent machine, with impeccable after-sales service, as the 1st machine had a manufacturing defect and was replaced the same day I bought it. For the 192 free capsules, as I hadn't received the flyer with the code, I contacted info@delizio.ch who replied the same day, and arranged for the package to be delivered to me 2 days later.

No flyer in the box to get the free capsules and despite 2 emails sent to socialmedia@migros-service.ch as read in previous comments I got absolutely no response ... very disappointed! Fortunately the machine is good, it increases the bill a little.
