We are actually Barilla eaters. But this pasta from Tradition IP-SUISSE has completely won us over. The pappardelle are nice and wide (as they are and should be) and, above all, nice and long. They don't break when cooked and keep their shape and length. Perfect. They taste really nice and round, almost creamy. These noodles also absorb a lot of sauce. Wonderful. We'll always have a pack of these in the pantry in future.
