Hi bandj, you're right, the nutritional values of Tiger Kitchen are indeed lower than those of other rice noodles. Our investigations have shown that the nutritional values of Tiger Kitchen rice noodles do not refer to 100g of raw product, as is usually the case, but to 100g when cooked. Unfortunately, this information is missing from the nutritional information. We have gladly pointed this out to the responsible department so that it can be amended accordingly.
