They remain too lumpy when cooked; this could be improved.
Packaging review
Great for Asian dishes and ramen. I don't pre-cook the noodles, but let them cook directly in the soup/sauce, which works great and is quick to do.
There are definitely better ones. Difficult to cook. Stick together extremely.

Top but a little expensive
practical packaging, easy to divide for small quantities, very good.
Great alternative if you don't eat wheat but don't want to make normal rris every day...perfect for working vegetables.
