I think the Swiss Stile processed cheeses are the best, especially the natural ones. What I find a pity is that the consistency of the cheeses is often not the same. Sometimes they are creamy soft and easy to spread, as they should be, and then again they are relatively hard and almost impossible to spread.
Be it from bread or as a snack. Simply good
