Have they been delisted in the GNMO?

Hello Kafioma, the delivery interruption is due to a shortage of raw materials. We are currently unable to predict when this will be resolved. But we will offer these peach slices again as soon as we have enough raw materials. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is there an update on availability?

Hello Midors, it currently looks like the item will be available again in mid-October. However, as the situation can change at any time, we unfortunately cannot promise you this date. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Mid-October doesn't seem to have worked out. Is there an update on this?

Hello Midors, thank you for the question. Unfortunately, there are delays due to the harvest. We are not yet able to provide a fixed delivery date. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thank you for your reply, which I will of course accept, but I would like to point out that the statement "harvest-related delay" is difficult to understand, as the other peach products from the same manufacturer are still available on the market. And the peaches have been missing since the beginning of the year, so there's a whole harvest season in between. However, the result is the same.

Is the product being discontinued or is there a shortage of supplies at the moment? I eat the small portion straight from the tin. Small pieces can be cut off with a coffee spoon and eaten. With peach halves, it's more complicated (pouring the contents over, cutting up separately).

Hello Strohfeuer, thank you for your inquiry about the Sun Queen peach slices. Unfortunately, there is currently a supply interruption for this product, which means that we are unable to offer the peach slices. The item is expected to be available again from the beginning of April. We apologize for the interruption. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

The answer was probably a flash in the pan.

Why don't all tins have a tear-off lid, like at Coop, Manor, Aldi, Denner, Lidl, etc.? It's much easier to open and also much more hygienic than using a can opener (there are none of those tiny tin or aluminum splinters that get mixed into the juice).

Hello jaio, thank you for your comment. We are currently looking into converting as many cans as possible to "Easy Open" with tear-off lids. Thank you for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

If there is a can with a tear-open lid, you should still be able to cut it open cleanly (some cans of this type form metal threads). I have sensitive fingers (joints).

Hello Strohfeuer, the "Easy Open closures" used are basically intended to create added value and make it easier to open the cans by making it possible to do so without any additional tools. We recommend conventional opening using a can opener on the base side. On this side, this is possible in the same way as with a conventional can (without "Easy Open closure").
