Has anyone ever tried this for baked feta? What happens when it is baked? And does it have a "crumbly" taste?
Hi Tini111, thanks for the question. The Simply V Shepherd's Delight can be baked perfectly. There is even a recipe for it on the manufacturer's website: https://www.simply-v.de/de/rezepte/gebackener-hirtengenuss. They are not just out of stock, they are or have never been listed! And this applies to many products. The information is therefore completely unreliable. A no go in this day and age.
