Unfortunately a bit too "creamy" - not quite feta consistency. Still delicious - especially with olive oil and herbs.
Top! Very creamy and mild. Not quite as crumbly and salty as feta, which is why I like it even better.

Delicious - could be a little spicier. Should be consumed within 2 days of opening, otherwise there is a risk of mold.
