Why can't you produce packaging that can be opened easily and sensibly?

I tried all 3 types of meat from this line. I'm sorry but the price-performance ratio is miserable. I have no problem paying 100-./kg for entrecote but it has to be worth it. which is not the case with this line, there are some butchers in Zurich where I get better meat even for less. in the end, the meat is mass-produced here, i.e. the pieces of meat are even "cut" incorrectly in my opinion, which is exactly where a good butcher shows himself.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Of course we regret that you are not satisfied with the Sélection Entrecôte.
Our Sélection meat products are cut daily in the Micarna Zurich fine cutting department. We can assure you that the staff involved are all proven experts.
The entrecote, loin and fillet cuts are elongated pieces. They must therefore always be cut to width.
Please describe in more detail how you feel the meat has been cut incorrectly so that we can give you a more precise answer.
