Absolutely heavenly tender and good. Dry aged is promised. It doesn't come out of the packaging quite as dry, but it still tastes delicious!

Very tender piece!
The meat had a good aroma and was tender. But the fat around it was unfortunately tough and not edible, which should be edible because that's what we love about an entrecôte. My mistake was that I bought it too small, for 2 people it should weigh 300 - 350 grams.
